Inclusive Leadership Program Highlights

The Inclusive Leadership program builds leadership competencies from the inside out. It begins with foundational self-awareness and values-based leadership, then moves into practical applications such as facilitation, conflict resolution, and adaptive leadership.

Learners will apply their knowledge in a leadership simulation, demonstrating skills developed throughout the program.

At every stage, leadership practice is grounded in personal values, ensuring that leaders positively influence all areas of an organization—from teams to conflict management to facilitation.

Holistic Leadership Approaches
Apply values-based leadership practices to build meaningful relationships, inspire others, and lead with impact.

Wellbeing, Cultural Safety, and Humility
Understand the factors that influence physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing to support the creation of healthy, inclusive communities.

Collaboration
Work effectively with others by fostering strong relationships, engaging in respectful conversations, and managing conflict constructively.

Responsive and Adaptive Leadership
Lead with flexibility and resilience, developing holistic strategies to address challenges and drive positive change.
