Challenging interpersonal interactions with colleagues and with interested and affected parties can consume significant amounts of energy. In this course, you will learn how to prepare to invite others into a collaborative conflict conversation and how to conduct a structured conflict resolution dialogue. In addition to reflecting on your own patters of engaging in conflict, you will acquire conflict analysis skills and assess barriers to resolving conflict. Through engaging exercises and role plays, this course will prepare you to convey your message thoughtfully in order to promote collaboration and future working relationships.
