Familiarize drivers of Emergency Vehicles with the legislative requirements and guidelines for operating emergency vehicles. By the end of this course, the participants will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act, Regulations, and departmental policy regarding emergency vehicle operation. The course is divided into 5 segments for which specific learning objectives have been defined. These segments are: 1. Introduction to the Course 2. Overview of Policy 3.
