This training is for Correctional Supervisors who have been assigned the role of the Disciplinary Hearing Coordinator. The Disciplinary Hearing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all hearings, including ensuring documents are in order, that evidence is available and assisting the centres staff, witnesses, individuals in custody, legal council, and the independent adjudicators to ensure disciplinary hearings are conducted in a professional and timely manner, subject to the Corrections Act Regulations.
